A triple whammy!
Freed from the burden of burnout, stress and anxiety, our mission is to help you discover new strengths, overcome obstacles, and feel empowered and motivated to enjoy the journey towards your goals.
The ‘Supernova’ program is designed for those for whom burnout is causing a major disruption of their life. The program runs for 90 days of weekly one-on-one sessions with two sessions per week in month 1. There are also customized modules for each client and video and text support .
In Month 1 of the Supernova program, we start by establishing where you are on our Well-being Index. As you progress through your journey we use this index to track your progress and help us plan the details of your next steps. Then we develop three customized coaching components to pursue during the rest of the course and beyond. These are called the 3 'P's:
We work with you twice a week along your custom 3 'P's journey in analyzing and addressing the root causes of your burnout pain points. Our goal is for you to re-gain healthy dietary, sleep, and relationship habits, and to address other specific symptoms of burnout that you may have, that could be hurdles in your ongoing journey to become the person you want to be.
Month 2. In our weekly sessions we continue to help you develop positive habits and eliminate those that are not working for you, while monitoring your progress on the Well-being Index. Following your custom 3 'P's plan we particularly strengthen activities that you report as being powerful and helpful while eliminating factors that are not in your best interest. We also track and begin to work with you in setting longer term, short term and mini-goals for you to work towards between sessions.
Month 3. Everyone is different when it comes to burnout, stress and anxiety, but our goal is that by the beginning of Month 3 you will be enjoying a dramatically better, happier and more motivated life than when you joined the program. However, there are still important components of the program to pursue. In particular you have free access to two workshops:
1. It is important that you take steps to protect your newly found well-being, and ensure protection from sliding back into stress, anxiety or burnout. In this workshop you learn to protect yourself from this, and recognize and apply the resilience that you have acquired through the previous two months.
2. Both at work and at home burnout can be contagious. Those people close to you can find themselves beginning to show the signs and symptoms of burnout also. We teach you how to spot the clues that those around you may be headed for a stress related condition, and how to help them avoid it.
Months 4-6. You will most likely be feeling empowered and able to view your future with positivity and with a clear path and the motivation to pursue your goals at this point. Nonetheless, during months 4-6 we include a monthly check-in session to help you with any remaining issues that you might encounter, and as an accountability partner. This program does not just hold your hand through burnout recovery, it has the goal of helping you become the person you ultimately want to be. Your newly acquired Spherical Thinking™ process may also leave you with questions that can be addressed in these monthly.

The ‘Stella’ program is particularly suited for those in earlier stages of burnout, and also those suffering from anxiety and stress. The program runs for 60 days of weekly one-on-one sessions along with modules customized for each client, and video and text support.

These programs are not for everyone. They have been designed around a scientific method and will be delivered by a certified accredited coach that has also been trained in the Spherical Thinking™ methodology. However, they are not designed to be 'done for you' programs in that they require commitment on the part of the client who will be required to participate in the agreed goals and exercises. None of these are arduous, they are designed to be enjoyable, but this path does need to be followed for the program to be successful.
There are types of stress-related illness that are beyond the scope of coaching. For this reason entry into either of our Banish Burnout programs require an interview (of typically 1/2 hour) to establish that a prospective client is a suitable candidate for our Spherical Thinking™ methodology. If our psychologist believes that a psychiatrist or other medical professional would be the appropriate choice for an applicant (for instance, if they have PTSD) we will make that recommendation and decline admission the the Banish Burnout program. We do not wish to waste your time or money if we do not believe our program will be 100% successful in guiding you down the path to recovery and happiness.
